How to use this template
- Download the punch list. Get the Excel file and walk the job once with the owner or GC.
- Write clear, testable items. Say what is wrong and where — not “fixup electrical.”
- Close items as Done. Update status when verified so rework does not linger.
Punch list as close-out work

Common questions
- Is this a free construction punch list template?
- Yes. Download the Excel punch list free from this page — no account required.
- Can I attach photos in the spreadsheet?
- Spreadsheets are awkward for photos. ProtoPM punch items support photos on the project — better for site close-out.
