How to use this template

1. Download the schedule file. Open the Excel template and list activities in order of the job.
2. Set owners and dates. Assign who drives each milestone and planned start/end so the crew can plan labor.
3. Note dependencies. Call out what must finish first (permits, gear delivery, other trades).
4. Update status weekly. Mark Not started, In progress, Done, or Delayed so the plan stays honest.

A milestone schedule the crew will use

Most jobs do not need a 500-line CPM schedule. A clear milestone list with owners and dates is enough to keep a panel upgrade or tenant fit-out on track.

This template is an original ProtoPM form for planning and tracking. It is not a legal contract and is not affiliated with AIA, CCDC, or other standard forms. Adapt it for your trade and jurisdiction.
