What fields does the invoice widget include?
From and bill-to contacts, issue and due dates, payment terms, PO or contract number, line items (description, quantity, rate), tax, retainage/holdback, and notes or payment instructions.
Does the free invoice save to my projects?
No. The widget does not create a project invoice in ProtoPM. Form values are not stored server-side. Sign up and open a project Financials tab when you want invoices saved with the job.
Is the invoice PDF suitable for clients?
