Monthly allowances on Free
Three things are metered per company and reset every month: 10 PDF exports, 10 saved project versions and 3 branded invoice PDFs. Project, look-ahead and status report PDFs share the same 10 exports. If a company needs more of these, it doesn't have to leave Free to keep working: the allowance simply renews next month.
Optional add-ons (prices in CAD)
- Storage +25 GB: $5 a month, stackable.
- Storage +100 GB: $12 a month, stackable.
- Documents & Branding: $9 a month for unlimited project PDFs and saved versions, branded invoice PDFs, and your logo and colours on outputs.
- Firm Showcase: $6 a month for a public portfolio page for your company.
- Extra company: $5 a month to own one more company. Your first company is free.
- Supporter: $5 a month. Removes ads and adds a badge next to your company name.
- Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve.
Bought by the company, not by each person
An add-on belongs to the company, so adding crew members never raises the price. Add-ons are bought directly from Settings → Billing and can be cancelled at any time. There is no add-on trial, because the free core is the trial.
What happens if you stop paying
Projects and records are always kept. A lapsed add-on makes only its feature read-only: PDF exports go back to the monthly allowance and a showcase page is unpublished but not deleted. If a company ends up over its storage allowance, it has a 60-day grace period with emails on days 0, 30 and 53 before the largest files are removed to fit. Existing files can still be viewed and downloaded during that time.

Ads help keep ProtoPM free. They appear on guides, templates and this blog, and any add-on removes them for the whole company. They never appear inside project screens or in anything a client sees. See the full price list.
