Does ProtoPM integrate with QuickBooks, Xero or other tools?

Not directly. ProtoPM exports invoices as CSV, projects as PDF or Excel, and your account data as JSON, so you can move data into other tools by hand. There is no QuickBooks, Xero or single sign-on integration today.

What you can export

  • Invoices as CSV: date, invoice number, vendor, description, amount, status, due date, payment terms, reference, tax amount, retainage, notes and project.
  • A whole project, or picked sections, as a PDF report or an Excel workbook.
  • A client status report as a PDF.
  • All of your account data as JSON, from Settings.

Keep drawings and big files where they are and paste a link to them in the project. Instead of uploading, paste a link to a file or folder in Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or any web link; it opens from the project and uses none of your storage. Who can open it depends on the link's own sharing settings.

Public API

ProtoPM publishes a small public API for service health, the free tools and feature requests. See developers and the OpenAPI description. It does not expose project data.

Does ProtoPM integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?
No. Export invoices as CSV and import them into your accounting tool.

Can I get my data out of ProtoPM?
