Daily logs
- Date, weather and crew count
- Work done, delays and notes
- Entered from a phone browser at the end of the day
- Daily logs do not carry photos themselves. Add site photos in the Files tab.
Punch list
- Title, description, status and priority
- Location and trade, with an assignee and due date
- An optional photo on each item
- Items can be linked to an inspection
- Trade starter templates add a first punch list for you, such as labelling the panel directory on an electrical job
Who can see it
- Owners, Managers and Members add and edit.
- Viewers read the Field tab but cannot change it.
- Guests do not see the Field tab.
- Open punch items appear in the client status report; daily logs and the punch list are in the full project export.
Common questions
- Can I attach photos to a daily log?
- Not on the log itself. Upload site photos in the Files tab, and attach a photo to a punch item.
- Does the daily log work on a phone?
- Yes, in any phone browser. It needs a connection; there is no offline mode yet.
- Is there a free daily log template?
